I'm usually therefore AWFUL at knowing how/if/when to interact with people on sites because everyone's expectations are really varied. If I put my thoughts on my own reblog of something, is the OP going to roll their eyes and wish that I had shut up? Are my own followers going to skip back to the previous post(s) to reblog from instead of what I added? Is the conversation even open to people that aren't already friends? It's such a wild west and I haaaate it.
