Ha, delighted to see you on DW too!! I've been trying to use my account, and I do like being here - it feels more peaceful, things moves slower, it's okay to take your time...
But it's hard to meet people :') There aren't as many communities with "my people" as there used to be, and my current focus is an anime fandom which, I don't think they ever really thrived on LJ and DW?

I purposely went with my fandom name instead of ao3cotd because I don't think I have the energy to repost that content over here. This is just going to be a social space for me, and I'm just looking to find people to have interesting conversations with.
I'm hoping I can join a fandom again, but I'm okay with it just being people on the internet that I chat with about stuff. Whatever that stuff might be :)
Different purposes for different spaces makes absolute sense! Hope you find a nice comfy spot for yourself here, and that people share plenty of tips for enjoying one's times on DW so that I can learn from everyone too, haha :)
